Bikes We Ride: Jimmy's Handmade Co-Motion CX Rex

This bike has seen everything the beautiful PNW has to offer. Jimmy, our General Manager, has adjusted this rig to conquer everything from long weekend gravel adventures to short urban work commutes. That's the beauty of frames built with such quality and care as a Co-Motion. The best fact about this build, however, is that it's about as "local" of a machine as they come. Co-Motion headquarters is located just a few miles down the road from Astral Cycling HQ. A match made in heaven.

Jimmy was actually able to acquire this frame from the previous owner of Astral Cycling. He says keeping bikes this this in the Astral family is important to show how amazing the products coming out of the PNW cycling industry really are. Of course, Jimmy outfitted the frame with some sweet Veil 4 wheels to handle both his road tires when he is pounding the pavement and some narrower gravel tires for those adventurous days.
